Our new culture expresses what we are, what we want to do and how we do it, always committed to customer service. We have defined new beliefs based on this new culture, which inspire our employees’ everyday activities and motivate them to achieve our vision. Under this new culture, we have laid down the foundations that will help to achieve the Strategic Plan goals, thus promoting the change and progress towards a leadership model.
