NH Hotel Group has always given solid support to employees’ internal development, where talent management has taken on special importance, along with the need to proactively identify and develope professionals who provide leadership and succession in the Company in the medium and long term.

In 1996 the Company created NH University, the first corporate university in the hotel industry, in order to meet future needs of the Group. NH University supports with its training programmes in the introduction and development of new working systems, processes and tools, accelerating and facilitating the Company’s continuous evolution, and keeping employees’ commitment and pride in belonging to NH Hotel Group.
