Terms and Conditions for the Best Price Guarantee:

• Client should have an NH booking confirmation made at the lowest net rate offered online through www.nh-hotels.com or through any other www.nh-hotels web page with a different country domain (www.nh-hotels.de, www.nh-hoteles.es...)
• The online net rate found on another website needs to comply with the following conditions with regard to the NH booked best net rate:
  • same hotel
  • same room type and bed type
  • same dates of stay
  • same sales conditions such as the cancellation conditions ,prepayment conditions,
  • same number of guests
  • same currency
• Rate must be available to the general public
• The compared net rate need to be net of taxes such as City Tax or any other taxes related to the room rate.Rate must be available and bookable

Rates which will not be applicable for the Best Price guarantee

• Non public rates (e.g. negotiated rates, group rates, company rates,..etc)
• Rates from opaque on line pages (web pages that do not identify the name of the hotel, the exact address, or the availability of the room until the payment of the reservation is realised).
• Rates offered in promotion packages
• Rates with failures on the Web Page at the moment the reservation is realized
• Variations of the rates due to fluctuations and/or differences in the currency exchange. The exchange rate need to be the same as NH had at the moment of the reservation.
• Off-line rates.
• Bookings made on the website www.bonhocio.com
• The rates correspond to the pages that offer cheques as a payment method.

CLIENTS OF NH WORLD CLUB

The number of credits will be based on the actual price paid at the end of the stay.

Other Conditions to take into account

NH will not be responsible for any penalties costs or fees related to cancellation policies of other Web Pages.

In case that the Best Price Guarantee Form is applicable for multiple nights, “the Best Price Guarantee” will be applied to the total final price of the stay and not to each individual night.

NH reserves the right to modify or cancel the Terms and Conditions shown on the Web site.
