NH Milano 2 Residence 

Located in the heart of Milano 2, a business area with many important international companies, the Residence is 700 meters far from San Raffaele Hospital and 10 minutes from Linate Airport and the city centre. The Residence, next to the hotel, has completely been renovated and now it offers 50 rooms and 84 apartments of different size. The apartments (from 24 up to 62 square meters) offer many solutions, to satisfy the needs of the guests who are planning to stay in Milan for quite a long period. The Residence offers bed-sitting rooms, two-roomed and three-roomed flats, with kitchenette. The quiet and silent area is a guarantee for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The apartments can be booked for minimum stay of 7 nights. Most of the apartment has a balcony, while some of the ones on the fourth floor have a terrace. Many services are available to satisfy the needs of the guests: launderette, ironing room, internet connection and parking (not free of charge). On request and according to availability, it is possible to rent kitchenware and microwave. If you stay in the apartment (minimum stay of 7 nights) you can have a 15% discount on the menu à la carte of the hotel restaurant.

The congress centre in neighbouring Jolly Hotel Milano 2 with it´s 1.500 mq of space as well as a further 800 mq of open space is available for guests at our hotel to use as well for all types of events. The congress centre consists of 10 rooms, of which the largest can hold up to 400 guests. It has been recently renovated and has a capacity to hold up to 850 people. The rooms reflect a modern style and most of them have natural light flowing through them. A team of professionals are at your service to ensure that all your events run successfully.
