Villa Patrizia, built at the end of the 1800's was transformed into a hotel in the 50's. Situated in the middle of a garden full of Mediterranean plants, the structure with it's exclusive private beach mirrors itself along Mazzarò bay. Even today, the Villa conserves its antique charm, that of a noble private residence. Beautiful paintings and precious antique items internally enrich the Villa, that undoubtedly complement the Villa's theme perfectly. Most of the recently refurbished, luminous, cosy rooms overlook the sea of the Mazzarò bay. There is also a Keralia comfort centre, a Diving centre and an area reserved for meetings, conventions and banquets.

The hotel has 2 terraces and 3 halls with panoramic sea views that can cater for 10 - 250 people, all equipped with a WIFI internet connection. The Sant´Andrea Villa is the ideal place to organise events such as conferences, meetings, breakfast meetings, gala dinners, wedding receptions, anniversary dinners or lunches, cocktails. The terraces are large and immersed in greenery whereas the halls are elegant, cosy and well decorated. Either way, the charming atmosphere of the antique, private Noble residence is captured. Most of the rooms, recently refurbished, have a sea view from which the most prestigious is the "Alfred Percy Trewhella" Suite that has 2 bedrooms and a 60 mq terrace furnished with a gazebo. The Tyron Power" and "Winston Churchill" Suites are equipped with a hydromassage bathtub. Completing the range of suites are the "Gertrude Sarauw", "Florence Trevelyan", "Mabel Hill" and "Richard Manley", all with sea view balconies, equipped with seats and couches.
