• 1_Atlantic Pyrenees: Señorío de Bertiz/Elizondo/Caves of Urdax and Zugarramurdi. 60 Km into the Baztan Valley, the magic that is typical of the north of Navarre crowns some fascinating scenery, with villages full of simplicity and amazing gastronomy.
• 2_Eastern Pyrenees: Orreaga-Roncesvalles-Irati forest. 50 Km away. You will have the chance to walk on part of the Road to Santiago, although you will be going in the opposite direction.
• 3_La Ribera: The Bárdenas, Tudela, Peñalen/Monastery of the Oliva. 80 Km away. A desert right in the middle of the northern peninsula, a small part of the Sahara changed by erosion. The Bárdenas, a historic territory and cattle track, is sure to make an impact on you. It is greatly affected by erosion with changing hills, hillocks and gullies, accentuated even more by the north winds in winter, the torrential rains and the hot summers.
• 4_Tierra Estella: Puente la Reina/Monastery of Iranzu/Sourde of the Urederra River/Estella/Obanos/Ermitage of Eunate. 60 Km away. The area of Estella is the symbol of historic towns exquisite wines and the harmony of the Urbasa and Andia mountain ranges.

• 2_Tudela, Bárdenas Reales: Tudela, situated at the banks of the river Ebro, is the second most important city in Navarre and is a historic heritage as it was the meeting point of different cultures. Near the Tudela region you will be able to find unusual and fascinating landscapes: the desert of the Bárdenas Reales.
• 3_Winter Sports: Isaba is the most northern town of the Roncal valley. It marks the start of the Belagua road, crossing the impressive valley, which originated during the ice age and where winter sports, such as crosscountry skiing or, in the French resort of Arette, alpine skiing, are now practised.
• 4_Wineries tour: The wine region of Tierra Estella also runs alongside the Road to Santiago. Estella is the most important city. Tierra Estella is made up of 38 municipal districts in which a total of 1,900 hectares are given over to cultivation. Divided into 3,700 plots, these regions have the traditional varieties: garnacha, tempranillo, viura and the French varieties: cabernet sauvignon, merlot and chardonnay.
