NH Leeuwenhorst is in an excellent location for training sessions and courses. The conference rooms vary greatly in size: 50 m2, 70 m2, 100 m2, 150 m2, and are perfect for a U-shaped set-up while still leaving sufficient room for equipment. The rooms are always equipped with an overhead projector and flip-chart. Other equipment can be provided at your request. For role-playing and working on cases, there are countless discussion rooms, always close to the plenary room. All rooms have natural lighting. NH Leeuwenhorst is also suitable for larger groups. National and international conferences, product presentations, kick-off meetings Leeuwenhorst has already organized all sorts of gatherings. The combination Rotonde/Atrium is an excellent location for a large conference. The Rotonde can accommodate over 500 guests (in theatre style it is connected with the Atrium, the 1100 m2 exhibition hall. In the immediate surroundings are rooms of various sizes for simultaneous sessions. The Auditorium is an intimate room for 150 to 250 guests this room is also surrounded by a variety of rooms. In all conference rooms, it is possible to project: slides and video, video-conferencing, PowerPoint presentations, and Internet. All sorts of new equipment are available. Company and staff parties, receptions, sports weekends, NH Leeuwenhorst is ideal for these things as well. For the larger parties (200-3000 guests), the Rotonde, with or without the Atrium, is the perfect location. The rooms can be decorated NH Leeuwenhorst has theme parties: Amsterdam street festival, Heraldic Fantastic, Arabian Nights, Caribbean party, Cool Blue, Rose. Decorations, entertainment and buffets are oriented specifically to the theme. Smaller groups can be received in one of the restaurants, the Cheers Sports Café and the the bar or of course asuitable meeting room. Suggestions for a snack buffet, lunch, dinner and warm and cold buffets are also available. Both in the preliminary stages and during the event, you have one contact person. We will make your meeting a perfect meeting! NH Leeuwenhorst has a separate department responsible for the most up-to-date audiovisual equipment. They will make sure that the equipment you need is there at the right time, and has been tested ahead of time. Permanent technical assistance during a conference is possible.
