The room allotment will be released on 24th May.
In case the allotment is completely booked before the last option date ,it could be increased under request and rates may change.
*Between 90-60 days before the arrival: 30% of total allotment will be released without cancellation fees.
*Between 59-30 days before the arrival: 60% of total allotment will be released without cancellation fees.
*Between 30-20 days before the arrival: 80% of total allotment will be released without cancellation fees.
*Between 20-0 days before the arrival: 100% of total allotment will be released without cancellation fees.
Once the reservation form is filled in and the individual booking confirmed, we will apply the following Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to arrival are free of charge
*Cancellations made from 14 to 7 days the hotel will charge the first night booked
*Penalty of 100% of total amount for cancellations made less than 6 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show.
No Show
Bedrooms not occupied during the nights contracted will be fully invoiced, that is to say, 100% of the room cost per all the nights contracted. Bedrooms cancelled as well as no shows will be at the hotel disposal.
