The room is available from 15.00. on the day of arrival and till 12.00. on the day of departure
Any special request is upon availability and has to be confirmed by the Hotel on arrival.

Cancellation policy per single booking
Once the individual has booked his/her own room, in case of cancellation by 14 days prior to arrival the room will be 100% free of charge. In case of total or partial cancellation after 14 days prior to arrival until the arrival date or in case of no show, late arrival, early departure, the entire stay will be 100% penalty and billed to the individuals credit card.
No-show
In case of no show or late cancellation the costs will be charged to the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.
Payment for overnight stays
Payment at check-in by wach individual guest. Credit card as guarantee required during the reservation process.
