The best way to get around the city is via the bus, trains and trams and this hotel is perfectly located for just that. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, food for breakfast was excellent and the staff all had a smile and a hello from the reception and restaurant to the hotel cleaners. I would definitely stay here again.
My holidays in Vienna and in this hotel was excellent. I like the good service, the reception, the cleanliness the comfort in the room and the perfect location!!
We had a great stay. The location of the hotel is excellent a step away from the metro, shops cafeterias. The room was large and clean and it had all you needed for an exceptional stay. I will come again and surely i recommend it to couples, family's and even for a business trip.
I had a fantastic two-night stay at NH Collection Wien Zentrum. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right on a lively pedestrian street in the heart of Vienna, just a 10-15 minute walk from the city’s major museums and attractions. The service was outstanding, with friendly and professional staff always ready to assist. My room was impeccably clean, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including plush bathrobes. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, an excellent experience—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!

Great location in the heart of commercial Vienna, big room with a lot of amenities and wonderful breakfast. Strongly recommended.
I liked location more than another nh hotel (closest to center). Shops around here was more interesting and Ubahn is right here. Breakfast is good, some sparkling wine, great choice of good tea and coffee, breads. Only seasonal fruits, so in wintertime it was poor enough. No porridge but you may choose any eggs. Room is quiet
