- "On The Road" offer is valid for new bookings made from 22/06/2020 up to 30/09/2020 both included for stays from 22/06/2020 to 31/12/2020 both included. The offer is bookable through Central Reservations Office. To make the booking, please call the Central Reservations Office in your country: 

- "On The Road" is only applicable for stays of 2 or 3 nights in at least 2 different Participating Hotels according to the conditions set forth below. For avoidance of doubt Participating Hotels are the ones included in the list of Participating Hotels. 

- The "On the Road" offer includes breakfast (in Spain the breakfast will be a takeaway box in most participating hotels), 1 parking slot per day subject to Participating Hotel availability, and special AVIS car rental discount (15% discount for Spain, 20% discount for Italy, 10% discount for France) and SIXT (10% discount for car rentals in Portugal and free the second driver) and shall be only valid for stays in Standard room type of the Participating Hotels, subject to the following conditions: 

- Regarding the Standard room type the offer is valid for single or double room occupancy. If the Standard Room type allows a third person in the room, there will be an extra fee per night of 25€ + taxes. 

- The parking slot is subject to availability upon arrival at the Participating Hotel in question and may not be available at all Participating Hotels. Please, check with the Participating Hotel prior to arrival. 

- Upon arrival to the Participating Hotel, customers will be able to request a "Breakfast takeaway box" for the following day (subject to availability in each Participating Hotel), or to have breakfast at the Participating Hotel. Breakfast Box will vary depending on the Participating Hotel and will be subject to availability. Please check with the hotel upon arrival. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the offer may vary for each of the Participating Hotels 

- To book your special offer with AVIS please make your booking in the following landing pages according to the country where you wish to book your car: 

- Customers will be able to book packs of 2 nights or 3 nights from the closed list of Participating Hotels and categories. The prices per category are as follow: 

- Packs may combine stays at different Participating Hotel categories, priced per night per Participating Hotel category, per type of pack. The prices per night per category per pack are as follows: 

- City Tax is not included in the package price, and it may vary depending on the hotel and destination. 

- Reservations in "On The Road" allows free cancellations and modifications until 48 Hours before the arrival date (“Free cancellation deadline”). If the cancellation takes place after the Free cancellation’s deadline, i.e. less than 48 hours before arrival date, the Participating Hotel will charge the total price of the stay and will not accept modifications or cancellations. For avoidance of doubt, arrival time will be considered 18:00 on the expected day of arrival. 

- If a customer books a 3 nights pack, and cancels within the Free Cancellation deadline 1 night, the total price of the stay will be recalculated and apportioned to 2 nights pack price included in the "On the Road" offer. 

- "On The Road" offer is subject to availability and valid only in Participating Hotels. This offer is non-cumulative with other promotions. 

- Children up to the age of 11 stay for free sharing a room with their parents. Maximum number of children allowed per room depends on the Participating Hotel and room type. Child policy exceptions: in Lisbon, Sintra and Coimbra, kids up to 11 years old stay for free if using an extra bed sharing room with their parents or legal tutors/custodians. A supplement will be applied for children 12 and older.
