• Offer valid for new bookings made at least 7 days in advance from 01/05/2026 up to and including 15/08/26 for stays between 1/06/2026 to 30/09/2026.  

• Snow promotional rates is subject to availability and valid only in participating hotels and includes:

    – NH Edelweiss Bariloche: minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights at the same hotel, with up to 15% discount on the room rate per night.

    – NH Collection Plaza Santiago, NH Ciudad de Santiago, NH Collection Casacostanera and NH Mendoza Cordillera: minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights at the same hotel, with up to 15% discount on the room rate per night.

• An additional 5% discount is available exclusively for Minor DISCOVERY Members, only through the NH website or Central Reservations Office. To access this benefit, enter your member details or subscribe during the booking process via the DISCOVERY tab and confirm enrollment in the Minor DISCOVERY program.

• Guests will earn a minimum of 5 DISCOVERY Gift Points per booking made through the NH website, regardless of rate. Points will be credited upon check-out and may be used during the following 3 months. For consecutive stays at the same hotel, points will be credited only once.

• The package includes a complimentary Winter Welcome Drink and one free bottle of water per guest, provided upon arrival at all participating hotels.

• Children up to 11 years old stay free when sharing a room with their parents.

• The maximum number of children per room is subject to hotel policy and room type.

• Rates are subject to availability and valid only at participating hotels.

• Changes or cancellations are not permitted within 7 days prior to arrival, except for bookings under the Minor DISCOVERY benefit.

• Bookings made under the “Minor DISCOVERY Exclusive Benefit” include free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (“Free Cancellation Period”).

• If cancellation is made less than 14 days before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay; no cancellations or modifications will be accepted beyond this period.

• For cancellation purposes, arrival time is considered 6:00 PM local time.
