• Points are awarded during check-out only to the Club Premier cardholder for Official and Corporate Rates (reduced, prepaid or  promotional rates are excluded, as well as bookings made through online travel agencies).  

• Valid for bookings through NH Hotel Group’s website or Central Reservations Office.  

• Information and reservations at +34 91 398 44 37 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

CONDIÇÕES PARA ACUMULAR PREMIER POINTS POR CATEGORIA DE HOTEL

• Os titulares de cartão Club Premier deverão identificar-se na front desk para acumular Premier Points.
  
• Os Premier Points serão atribuídos por tarifas oficiais e empresariais (as tarifas de grupo, tour, tripulação, reduzidas e promocionais e as reservas efetuadas através de agências de viagens online estão excluídas do programa).
  
• Os Premier Points serão creditados por estadia em hotéis NH incluídos no programa e apenas ao titular do cartão que utilize o quarto, segundo os registos do hotel.
  
• Dispõe de seis meses para regularizar a sua conta.
  
• Para registar uma queixa ou solicitar créditos, contacte o nosso Departamento de Apoio a Clientes do Programa de Fidelização, em +34 91 398 44 37 (de segunda a sexta das 8h às 21h e ao fim de semana das 8h às 17h) ou através de e-mail em loyalty@minor-hotels.com
