Everything at the hotel excellent. My wife and I were very impressed with the hotel. We have friends in Bogota that recommended the hotel. I would specifically like to call out the staff at breakfast. Besides, excellent food and service, I am trying to learn Spanish and they were all kind and patient with me.
Absolutely beautiful place! Service was excellent and friendly! They spoke great English to help us out. They helped us arrange drivers! The breakfast is out of this world wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel!!!
We spent 10 days at this location and all aspects of the stay where amazing. Friendly, courteous staff all over. I would like to point out a few key persons: Sandra Morales (Customer Service) had us a warm welcome and was constantly overseeing that our stay was perfect. Her leadership is amazing. In the restaurant I can commend Jairo and Angela, they are simply spectacular, great attention to service and detail. In transportation the Mr Nixon was always diligent and eager to provide service. The only suggestion that I can make is that several aspects of the room decor are a bit dated and should be "refreshed' Lighting is poor in the room and curtains are in very old stage.
