Reservations with this offer must be prepaid and are non-refundable. Changes and cancellations are not permitted. Minor DISCOVERY members booking with participating promotional loyalty programme rates can modify or cancel free or charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the cancellation is made after this deadline has elapsed, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the stay. Arrival check-in time should be considered at 18:00 at the latest.

Children up to the age of 11 will enjoy free meals according to the booked meal plan (breakfast or half board) during their stay when sharing a room with a legal guardian. The maximum number of children allowed per room depends on the type of hotel and room. A supplement will be applied for children 12 and older. This benefit is only available at participating properties in Algarve and Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel. Any additional extra beds or cots will be provided upon request and are subject to availability.
