How to arrive to NH Collection Madrid Abascal

Mode of transport

Transports

From the airport

Train: C1 to Nuevos Ministerios then metro L10 to Gregorio Marañón. It's a 30 minutes trip. If you are in the city for a few days buy a T-10, Multi-person card for 10 journeys, (€12,20). It works on the bus too.
Taxi: It's a 20-30 minutes trip and is around €30.
Aerobus shuttle: Drops off at from Atocha, Cibeles (night) and O'Donell-Doctor Esquerdo to Airport T1,T2 and T4 and costs 5€.
 
Metro/subway:  Follow signs at the Madrid-Barajas Airport to Aeropuerto T4 or the Aeropuerto T1 T2 T3 on the Metro line 8. Take the subway all the way to the final station, which is Nuevos Ministerios. Transfer onto Metro line 10 in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at the next stop, Gregorio Marañon, and exit the metro onto Calle de Jose Abascal. Follow Jose Abascal for approximately two blocks (4 minutes) and you will see the hotel be on your right side.

From the train station

From Atocha Station: metro L1 to Iglesia.
Closest metro station:Gregorio Marañón (L10).

Just the best hotel! One feels very much welcomed as if a guest in a lovely home. No request is too much and everything is a pleasure. Even with months between visits, staff is attentive and remembers guests. Also a great safe and elegant neighborhood outside of the frenzy but easy to get to heart of town for museums, etc.

Business Stay but will come back for leisure

The hotel is well located and very easy to use the metro to and from the airport. The city centre is only a 30 minute or so walk away and in the opposite direction is the Santiago Bernabeu. The room was lovely and clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The stand out though was the amazing buffet breakfast. I had to behave myself, very easy to become very fat and happy with the great selection of treats. There are also many good healthy options at breakfast too. I will be back again in the future, hopefully for leisure and not business this time.

Great service

My daughter and I stayed at NH collections hotel for a couple of days, reception and other staff were pleasant and helpful ,breakfast was amazing everything made from fresh. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to have a great experience.
