This hotel is outstanding. The personnel is the best you can imagine. Welcoming, warm, professional, helpful, nice and friendly. The rooms are very good. Everything is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent. There are many cafes and restaurants around. Shopping is almost next door. Bed sheets are high quality. Quiet hotel. I very highly recommend this hotel.
I found NH hotel was the top on the Erlangen hotels recommended by the host. It was the reasonable choice eventhough rate is the highest in the listed hotels. The cost effective hotel I have experienced. In particular, chef is so kind.I remember he is Philipino.
