A very nice hotel with some minor issues
I'm afraid we had several problems during our stay 1n the 2nd advent weekend. When we checked in early (1pm) we left our luggage in the storage behind the desk. Upon arrival at the hotel at 3pm the storage room was open and there was no staff to be seen. Anyone could have taken our luggage. And when we were in our room half an hour later another couple opened our door as they were also booked in our room!! That was not a nice experience. Also, when showering in the morning the drain was blocked and we had flooding in our bathroom. Furthermore the mattresses were really very hard. We like our mattresses firm but this was just too much. Both my wife, my daughter and myself had sore backs and sides in the morning. During other stays in the same hotel we had better mattresses. Other than that we had a lovely stay and super breakfast.
