• Avios x4 applicable on stays between July 1st to August 31st 2026 every day of the week at any Anantara, NH Collection, nhow, Avani, NH Hotels and iStays Hotels included in the promotion.  

• Miles are awarded during check-out only to the Iberia Plus cardholder for Official and Corporate Rates (reduced, prepaid or promotional rates are excluded, as well as bookings made through online travel agencies).  

• Valid for bookings through NH Hotel Group’s website or Central Reservations Office.  

• Information and reservations at +34 91 398 44 37 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

CONDITIONS FOR EARNING AVIOS IN MINOR HOTELS EUROPE & AMERICA PROPERTIES

• The Iberia Club members must identify themselves at the front desk in order to earn Avios.
  
• Avios will only be granted for Official and Corporate Rates (Group, Tour Operation, crew, reduced, promotional rates and reservations made via online travel agencies are excluded from the program).
  
• Avios will be credited, per night at Minor Hotels Europe & America properties that are included in the Iberia Club Program, and ONLY to the card holder who uses the room, according to the hotel register.
  
• You will have six months to regularize your account.
  
• In order to register a complaint or request credits, please contact our Loyalty Program Customer Care Department exclusively, on +34 91 398 44 37 from Monday - Friday 08:00am - 09:00pm, on weekends between the hours of 08:00am - 05:00pm, or via email at loyalty@minor-hotels.com.
