• Aeromexico Rewards Points x2 applicable on stays between March 1st to April 30th 2026 every day of the week at any NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow and Tivoli and Hotels included in the promotion.  

• Points are awarded during check-out only to the Club Premier cardholder for Official and Corporate Rates (reduced, prepaid or promotional rates are excluded, as well as bookings made through online travel agencies).  

• Valid for bookings through NH Hotel Group’s website or Central Reservations Office.  

• Information and reservations at +34 91 398 44 37 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

CONDITIONS FOR EARNING AEROMEXICO REWARDS POINTS PER HOTEL CATEGORY

• The Aeromexico Rewards cardholder must identify themselves at the front desk in order to earn Aeromexico Rewards Points. 

• Aeromexico Rewards Points will only be granted for Official and Corporate Rates (Group, Tour Operation, crew, reduced, promotional rates and reservations made via online travel agencies are excluded from the program). 

• Aeromexico Rewards Points will be given per stay at NH Hotels included in the program, and only to the cardholder, who uses the room according to the hotel register. 

• You will have six months to regularize your account. 

• In order to register a complaint or request credits, please contact our Loyalty Program Customer Care Department, at +34 91 398 44 37 from Monday - Friday 08:00am - 09:00pm, on weekends between the hours of 08:00am - 05:00pm, or via email at loyalty@minor-hotels.com.
