A huge buffet breakfast is served daily in the restaurant. You’ll find fresh breads and pastries, as well as cold cuts and cheeses. And our chefs will also cook your eggs however you like them. Italian chef Andrea Tumbarello's Don Giovanni Restaurant offers a range of Italian specialties and dishes based on truffles, one of his signature products. We also have a Gastrobar, which serves tasty aperitifs before dinner.
Prepared fresh each morning, the hotel’s breakfast buffet ensures a balanced, healthy start to your day. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. Create your personalized vitamin packed juice, smoothie or milkshake in our Fresh Corner. Choose your favorite fruits, juices or toppings, place them in a container and give it to one of our waiters who will prepare it for you straightaway. You can also request hot dishes made to order. If you are an early riser or have to leave before the buffet opens, ask reception about the availability of an earlybird breakfast.

The 'King of Truffles' will delight your palates with intense Mediterranean flavors. For your special occasions and celebrations, we will be delighted to help prepare the ideal menu to meet all your tastes and desires. Between lunch and dinner, it remains open as a bar, offering a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy Italian aperitifs, cocktails, and drinks.
