I stayed at this hotel when I first moved to Germany, and again later to treat myself after some tough exams. The room was peaceful, quiet, and beautifully designed — it gave me a real sense of calm. I loved the view from my window: either the serene lake or the lovely park behind the hotel. The location is perfect, and every staff member was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Reception was always available and answered every question with a warm attitude. Even though I was alone, I never felt lonely. This place is truly special.
When travelling to Colonge, I can recommend this hotel. It is about 25 minutes walk to the Cathedral, or there is an underground station nearby. I liked this hotel, as the staff were very friendly and customer focused. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was made each day and items used were replenished. I will be coming back to Cologne and will definitely stay at this hotel again.
