Born from Chef Maxime Reboul’s passion for the sea, Marseille, and Mediterranean flavors, Bouillon M aims to be simple, generous, and deeply rooted in tradition. The “M” stands for the Mediterranean, the city of Marseille, and Maxime’s first name. Each dish tells a story of sharing, culinary pleasure, and respect for the ingredients.
