Amazing hotel staff were very accommodating and attentive nothing was too much trouble I have only given a 4 on value as I felt the drinks around the pool were very over priced
In every category by which we evaluate hotel experiences, this facility was superior throughout. Gabrielle was most helpful in helping us to upgrade our room since the first one was too small and it was well worth the additional money to get a larger room. The staff was exceptionally helpful throughout And made us feel special during our three day stay.
