Out at the front of the hotel is a terrace. It’s a lovely hideaway spot, set out in the style of a typical Bavarian beer garden with a little garden surrounding it.
Here, guests can relax with a cold beer, glass of wine or specialty coffee.
Downstairs in the basement is the wellness area. In one room you’ve got a trio of equipment, while in the other you’ll find a sauna and relaxation area with lounge chairs.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Employees very helpful. It is near the S-Bahn very convenient to reach Munich centre in 20 minutes. I did not have lunch, but breakfast was very good. We were lucky that the weather was good.
I have stayed in the NH Hotel Unterhaching on several occasions in the last 7 years. The rooms are very spacious and in excellent condition. The bed is large and comfortable, and the location is quiet. Thinking about it, the lobby (which incorporates the open-plan breakfast area), is also quiet, even in the Oktoberfest period when I was staying on this occasion. Breakfast is a very easy experience, with a large variety of options. Being located a 5min walk from the S-Bahn is also a plus for me. The staff are calm and have a warm, professional manner. I would say it is definitely my favourite hotel in the South-Munich area. I will be back! (I give 4 stars for value..... everything is expensive during the Oktoberfest period of course!)
This place is in walking distance from my work, it provides everything I need and the room was extremely quiet with a window opening to trees and nature. From the hotel I can also walk to the city and experience a traditional meal with a beer.
