Great hotel

I stayed this week for three nights with my wife and granddaughter. This was our first visit to Copenhagen. The hotel was in an excellent location for walking to many of the top attractions including Nyhavn and for getting on the hop on hop off buses and the canal boat which is obviously a must do for for first timers. We had a suite with wonderful views over the harbour and city and were blessed with incredible weather. As the room faces west we had beautiful sunsets. There is always something to watch from the huge windows and it is quite hard to drag yourself away! The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ugo from the Guest Experience Department. If I was to mention anything negative it would be a couple of minor issues - not being allowed more than one bottle of water per room per day even though there were three of us (I did ask but was refused!), not being given enough milk by room service (had to request more every day), Roof Bar being closed for a private function on our last night when we had intended to use it (however karma kicked in as we had an horrendous thunderstorm that evening :) ) and not applying the discount to my room bill on checkout which fortunately I spotted.

Wonderful hotel with excellent amenities

Very spacious and clean room with all amenities for an easy and relaxing stay. It is definitely among the best hotels to stay in Copenhagen.

Very pleasant stay

The room had a nice ambience and was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. For my next stay in Copenhagen I will book this hotel and room again.
