Amazing stay, if ever visited Copenhagen I’ll book in NH again.

Check In process was amazing, Didn’t even take 5 minutes. Staff are highly Friendly. Everything you need you can order through a QR code. Hotel location I believe is the best in the city. Price is little bit higher than expected. Rooms were clean,but small notices(The toilet paper holder was clearly broken,the wash basinet was holding dirts and not sucking the water fast. Whatever you order they provide you fast. Requested a 30 minutes late checkout , it was at 12 and I asked to check out 12:30 but they told me that they are extra busy and they can’t, even though I tried to rush little bit but once checking out they were friendly and Co-operative.

Pre-cruise Stay

We chose the door to door service with SilverSea who arranged our stay at NH Collection. We had been to Copenhagen before and were very pleased with the location. Nice room, good breakfast and great roof bar!
