1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Horizon Club by Minor DISCOVERY Subscription Program (“Program”) operated by Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, S.A. (“Minor Hotels”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. By purchasing and using the Horizon Club by Minor DISCOVER Subscription, you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3. These Terms may be amended from time to time as described herein.
1.4. Prerequisite: To purchase and hold a Horizon Club by Minor DISCOVERY Subscription, you must be a member of the Minor DISCOVERY or GHA DISCOVERY loyalty program. If you are not already a member, you are required to join Minor DISCOVERY at the time of purchasing the Subscription.
2. Membership
2.1. Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over who provide accurate personal information and pay the applicable subscription fee.
2.2. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one active subscription per individual.
2.3. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
2.4. Members must promptly notify Minor Hotels of any suspected fraud or unauthorized use of their subscription.
2.5. Membership benefits are only available upon identification of a member during booking process with their Minor DISCOVERY credentials and during check-in at the hotel.

3. Subscription Tiers and Participating Brands
3.1. The Subscription Program offers two tiers:
Tier 1: Open Horizon Club by Minor DISCOVERY
For hotels participating from time to time in the following participating Brands: NH Collection Hotels & Resorts, nhow Hotels & Resorts, Avani Hotels & Resorts, NH Hotels & Resorts, iStay Hotels, Colbert Collection Geography: Minor Hotels belonging to Minor DISCOVERY program located in Europe and Americas (excluding Brazil). Tier 2: Broad Horizon Club by Minor DISCOVERY For hotels participating from time to time in the following participating Brands: Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, NH Collection Hotels & Resorts, nhow Hotels & Resorts, Avani Hotels & Resorts, NH Hotels & Resorts, iStay Hotels, Colbert Collection Geography: Minor Hotels belonging to Minor DISCOVERY program located in Europe and Americas (excluding Brazil). 3.2. The specific brands and hotels participating in each tier are published on the Minor Hotels Subscription Program website and may change from time to time.
4. Subscription Benefits
4.1. Members are entitled to the following benefits, subject to availability and these Terms:
Benefits linked to the stay:
- 15% discount on all public rates available at participating Minor Hotels Europe & Americas properties within the selected tier.10% discount on Food & Beverage at outlets managed directly by Minor Hotels at participating properties. F&B Outlets that are not managed directly by Minor Hotels are excluded from this offer.
- Complimentary Late check out upon availability.
- Early access to public promotions and new hotel opening campaigns.
- Exclusive member sales and offers of up to 50% discount on public rates.
Additional benefits not linked to your stay:
- Fast track access directly to Gold tier of Minor DISCOVERY loyalty program and never downgraded to Silver tier, provided the member renews their Subscription in Horizons Club by Minor DISCOVERY.
- Bonus DISCOVERY Dollars for Subscription program members under the following conditions:
o 150 D$ as a Welcome Bonus, which will be credited to the member’s Minor DISCOVERY account upon activation of the subscription. These D$ will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date they are credited.
o An additional 50 D$, which will be credited once the member has completed their first eligible stay after subscription activation.
- Discounts with third-party partners (e.g., Retail, Travel, Entertaintment...). Offers in Preferred Partners available on the website of Minor Subscription Program.
4.2. Benefits are not combinable with other promotions, packages, or negotiated rates unless expressly stated. For clarification purposes, and especially regarding clause 4.1 above, the DISCOVERY rate is considered a promotional rate and shall not be considered a public rate.
4.3. Benefits are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply (e.g., public holidays, special events).
4.4. Benefits apply only to bookings made directly with Minor Hotels via official channels.
4.5. Members may book up to two rooms per stay, provided the member is staying in one of the rooms.
4.6. Benefits are not valid for group bookings, third-party bookings, or in conjunction with other offers unless specified.
4.7 Benefits of the subscription need to be enjoyed during the validity period of the subscription. Check out for stays need to be included in the period of validity of your subscription
5. Fees and Payment
5.1. The subscription fee (including VAT) for each tier will be available and is payable in full in advance.
5.2. Payment must be made using accepted payment methods as specified during the subscription process.
5.3. Subscription fees are payable in full in advance and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Subscription Renewal
6.1. Prior to expiry your subscription, you will be contacted to inform you about the upcoming expiration of your subscription and the possibility to renew the yearly subscription. You will receive a new payment link where you will be able to finish the payment and hence, your yearly subscription will be renewed.
6.2 In the case the option of automatic renewal is available, you will be able to choose to renew automatically your subscription.
6.3. If payment for renewal cannot be processed, Minor Hotels may suspend or terminate your membership in Minor Subscription program.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1. Members may cancel their subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, by sending an email to horizonsclub@minor-hotels.com, provided no benefits have been used. If used Minor hotels may claim compensation for the benefits obtained.
7.2. After the cooling-off period, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
7.3. Accommodation and F&B bookings are subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.
8. Termination and Suspension
8.1. Minor Hotels may suspend or terminate membership for breach of these Terms, fraud, or misuse of the Program.
8.2. Upon termination or expiry, all benefits cease and future bookings (including those made while subscription was in force but enjoy when expired) will revert to standard rates.
8.3. Members may terminate their subscription at any time by written notice, but no refund will be provided after the cooling-off period.
9. Member Obligations
9.1. Members must not:
- Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct.
- Transfer, sell, or attempt to sell their membership or benefits.
- Provide false or misleading information.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1. Minor Hotels is the Data Controller for personal data processed in connection with the Program. Identity: MINOR HOTELS EUROPE & AMERICAS S.A. TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: A-28027944. 10.2. Personal data (including identification, contact, and payment details) will be processed for the purpose of managing the subscription and fulfilling contractual obligations.
10.3. Data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and as required by law.
10.4. Members have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of their data, and to data portability, by contacting dataprotection@minorhotels.com Complaints may be lodged with the relevant data protection authority.
10.5. Data may be shared with public authorities as required by law.

11. Liability
11.1. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minor Hotels is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Program.
11.3. To the extent permitted by law, Minor Hotels’ liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.
12. Changes to Terms and Program
Minor Hotels reserves the right to amend these Terms or the Program from time to time, by updating this webpage. The revised terms will take effect when are posted and will apply to the subscriptions acquired (or renew) after the updates.
13. Program Availability
13.1. Minor Hotels does not guarantee the ongoing availability of the Program and may suspend or terminate it with at least 12 months’ notice, except in cases of force majeure or insolvency.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
14.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
14.3 The foregoing provisions shall apply except where any other mandatory law or jurisdiction may be applicable.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
15.2. Failure to enforce any right or provisions does not constitute a waiver.
