Our buffet breakfasts are second-to-none, with a wide variety of fresh juices, pastries, breads and several hot dishes cooked to order.
Later on, our traditional courtyard café and indoor restaurant serves local specialties like fried eggplant with honey and ‘salmorejo’, an Andalusian bread and tomato soup.
Our flower-filled patios make the perfect setting for al fresco drinks or meals.

Breakfast

Prepared fresh each morning, the hotel’s breakfast buffet ensures a balanced, healthy start to your day. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. Create your personalized vitamin packed juice, smoothie or milkshake in our Fresh Corner. Choose your favorite fruits, juices or toppings, place them in a container and give it to one of our waiters who will prepare it for you straightaway. You can also request hot dishes made to order. If you are an early riser or have to leave before the buffet opens, ask reception about the availability of an earlybird breakfast.

Tablafina

Tablafina Córdoba, located in a charming 18th-century Cordoban courtyard, offers a gastronomic experience that blends tradition with innovation.

Its menu pays tribute to the quality of local products, such as Iberian cured meats from Los Pedroches and olive oils from the Subbética region, incorporated into recipes that reinterpret local cuisine.

Highlights include Cordoban specialties like salmorejo with quail egg and cured Iberian pork, almond mazamorra with smoked sardine, the special flamenquín, and the surprising oxtail Xuxo. A carefully curated selection of cheeses, cured meats, wines, and seasonal products completes a unique proposal to discover the essence of Córdoba from an innovative perspective.
