PORTALE by Paulo Airaudo, created by Michelin-starred chef Paulo Airaudo, offers an Italian culinary experience that reinterprets tradition through a contemporary lens. Located in the heart of Florence, the restaurant welcomes guests from Tuesday to Saturday for a unique dining journey, where carefully selected ingredients, seasonality, and creativity come together in an elegant and inviting setting.
Every day from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and on Monday and Sunday evenings, guests can enjoy the All Day Dining Menu, a selection of traditional dishes and seasonal creations designed to be savoured in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.
